Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
We specialise in conducting comprehensive FCAs that accurately reflect a person's needs, goals and circumstances.
Our FCA reports are detailed and assist participants and families in accessing needed supports.
Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) Assessments

Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
Our SIL assessments help individuals with complex care needs to live independently with support. We provide personalised recommendations based on evidence and an in-depth knowledge of NDIS policy.
Our SDA assessments assist those with high support needs to access housing specially designed for their requirements. SDA dwellings are built with accessible features to help residents live more independently and allow their supports to be delivered more safely. We collaborate with participants, supports and providers to assess and document SDA needs.

At Onside Occupational Therapy, we are dedicated to providing quality assessments and reports for NDIS participants. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we work with by providing a person-centered, ethical and holistic service.

Our services have assisted many participants and families to access NDIS supports that accurately reflect their care needs. This includes assisting individuals with complex needs who require before-school support worker services, 2:1 support and supported independent living (SIL) services.

We are able to work with self and plan managed NDIS participants. Please note, we currently do not provide ongoing occupational therapy intervention, driving assessments or home modifications.​
Our reports are individualised and consider the whole person, their background, goals and circumstances.
We do not use AI or copy unnecessary information to pad out our work.
We recognise the challenges faced by those living with disabilities and their families. We make efforts to ensure those we work with feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the assessment process.
We are committed to the responsible use of NDIS funding.
We ensure that we only bill for services provided and use funding ethically.
